I just wanted to take the time to say what an absolutely fantastic job you did! I have been on a few hospitality trips, but none have ever reached the heights of balancing the fun/flexibility/variety/value that you did. And to spend so much time with the group and looking so calm and relaxed all the time was incredible. The amount of time you must have spent working behind the scenes with so many moving parts translated into a perfect/seamless experience for us, and I can only assume that you have somehow found a way to magically survive on “zero” sleep.

 

You are an absolute natural, and I would have no hesitation in recommending all and sundry to participate in any of your events.
